Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for any items once sold. If Products are recived in damaged conditon or wrong item then we can Process Returns after Verification of issue . Please ensure you review product details and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery . And can't be Replaced.
Eligibility for Refunds:
1) The item must have been damaged during shipping or be non-functional upon receipt.
2) Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product.
How to Request a Refund:
1) Email us at contact@technokitz.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs/videos of the damaged product.
2) Our team will review your claim and contact you within 2-3 business days with further instructions.
Refund Process:
1) If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
2) Refunds will not include shipping charges.
Exclusions
1) Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.
2) No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with the product after use unless proven defective upon delivery.
Canceling An Order:
You want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only ) to cancel your order, update an address. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commision even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason.
